This high chair offers extended use with 3 modes: Infant Mode, Toddler Mode and Youth Mode. 1) Infant Mode: Accommodates a child approximately 6 months old (MUST be capable of sitting upright unassisted) and no more than 40 lbs (18.1 kg). 2) Toddler Mode: Accommodates a child approximately 6 months old (MUST be capable of sitting upright unassisted) and no more than 40 lbs (18.1 kg). 3) Youth Chair: For use only with children at least 3 years old.
