Unfortunately, no—our promotions are not retroactive since we operate as a marketplace, not a retailer. To stay ahead of the best deals, we recommend joining our email list!
What products can I use promo codes on?
Our promo codes are valid on many products across the site! A few excluded brands include Costway, Littlebot, Kiddie Couch, Baby Joy, and Green Walnut. Don’t worry—if you try to apply a promo code to an excluded item, you’ll see a notice right away.

How do I know what condition the item I want is in?
Returns happen, but waste doesn't have to. We work with top brands and retailers to ensure returned, open-box products skip the landfill and deliver straight to your door. Quality checked, REBEL approved—it's our Pinky Promise.
Open Box - Simply opened but never used.
Overstock - Never opened and never used.
Imperfect - Simply opened, never used, but may have some minor scuffs or dents. Small imperfections, like light scratches or marks, might be present.
How are the prices of your items determined?

Shipping & Returns
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll email you an order number and receipt. If your item is headed to a pick-up depot, you’ll get a follow-up email with your earliest pick-up date.
We know you need your gear fast—our team works hard to get it to you ASAP!
What is the return policy?

Want flexibility? Add Return Protection at checkout to return your item for any reason within 7 days of delivery.
Standard Return Policy:
If return protection is not purchased, returns will be accepted only if the below issues are reported to us within 7 days of the order being delivered or due for pickup:
• Incorrect or missing item
• Item not as described
• Item is not authentic
If eligible, we’ll verify your claim and process a refund.
Since we’re all about reducing waste, we can’t accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Thanks for supporting our mission!
Where do you ship?
We offer nationwide shipping (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). Some remote areas may have an additional shipping fee—check our shipping guide for full details.
Bulky item restrictions apply to furniture, travel systems, cribs, dressers, large outdoor play items, and rockers. Enter your postal code on the product page to check availability.

How can I change or cancel my order?
Our team moves fast to get your order out the door! Because of this, we’re unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’re placed. Thanks for understanding!
I forgot to enter a promo code at checkout, can you add it for me?
