Some bulky products—like furniture, travel systems, cribs, large outdoor play items, and rockers—may have shipping restrictions. 

**Delivery Areas

We ship nationwide on most products (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).

• Remote Locations: In certain circumstances, our customer care team may reach out to you regarding shipping a product where an additional $40 flat fee will apply.
• Oversized Items: If you live in a remote location and are ordering an oversized item, we will charge an additional $40 flat fee.
• Furniture Shipments: A $100 flat fee applies to all furniture orders.

When will I receive my order?

You’ll get an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is confirmed. Once your order is processed, we’ll send a shipping confirmation with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

Returns

Need to make a return? If you purchased Return Protection, you have 7 days after delivery to return your item for any reason.

If Return Protection wasn’t added at checkout, your order can only be returned under our standard return policy.
