What is the hassle-free returns option?

Want flexibility? Add Return Protection at checkout, and you’ll have 7 days after delivery to return your item for any reason. If Return Protection isn’t added at checkout, your order can only be returned under our standard return policy (see below).

Return Policy

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If you didn’t add Return Protection at checkout, returns will only be accepted if one of the following issues is reported within 7 days of delivery or pickup:

Incorrect or missing item
Item not as described
Item is not authentic

If we verify your claim, we’ll process a refund.

If no claim is made within 7 days of delivery, the transaction is considered final.

Change of Mind: We’re committed to reducing waste. If your item arrived as described but you changed your mind or it doesn’t fit your space, we’re unable to process a return.

Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, we’re unable to make changes or cancel an order once it’s placed.
